Vendors
The Jacksonville Farmers Market has
a wide variety of spaces, rental rates and terms available to accommodate almost
any vendor, whether wholesale, retail, or both. While most vendors operate between
pre-dawn and dusk, arrangements can be made to receive shipments and/or customers
24 hours a day. Water, electric, and/or refuse service are available on an included
or negotiated basis for most spaces. Rentals vary from daily to yearly or longer.
Most rental rates quoted are also inclusive of the 7% Florida state sales tax.
A restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, vending machines, water fountains,
and modern, handicapped accessible restrooms are located on the premises. The
Farmers Market is located on West Beaver Street (U.S. 90) within a mile or so
of two interstates, I-95 and I-10, and numerous hotels in all price ranges are
conveniently located within several miles for out-of-town vendors. Directions

The many retail and wholesale selling
and storage spaces available include:
- Outdoor stalls, covered and uncovered,
with and without selling direct from vehicles and/or trailers.
- Enlosed spaces in buildings and
adjacent to outdoor stalls, with and without coolers or cooler add-on capabilities.
Farmers Market personnel and/or security
are on site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and a City of Jacksonville 24 hour
police stop station is located on the premises. Please note, however, that the
Farmers Market does not guarantee security and vendors are responsible for securing
their own product and possessions.
Recent improvements include all
new paving, a new vendors' shed featuring the equivalent of 66 10' x 20' rental
stalls, with and without enclosed spaces, new bathrooms, and the addition of
a building featuring up to 9 bays with and without walk-in coolers directly
fronting Beaver Street. The Jacksonville Farmers Market is in the process of
planning new promotions and making additional improvements over the next year. |

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at Jacksonville Farmers Market, call (904) 354-2821 during office hours of 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM, every day of the week — keep trying if there is no answer, as staff is often outside on the grounds —, or visit us at 1810 West Beaver Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32209.
